x4 Can't Load Tune, Needs update

So I had my car tuned for several months. I had an issue with a O2 sensor going out so I returned it to stock and took it in to the Dealer to see if I could get it done under warranty. Which they did replace it, but now my x4 says that it needs an update when I try to reload my tune.....
So I updated it, still said the same. Then I found some possible solutions on the f150 ecoboost site.
They were to update through your PC software rather than WIFI and delete and reload the tunes on the device.
I did all of this, still says the same?!?!
Has anyone encountered this issue?

Any Help would be Much Appreciated
Thanks

So you grabbed the new strategy code using the X4 and sent it to your tuner (Unleashed?) to update the tune and send back to you for loading on the X4?

That is correct, unfortunately.  You have to check every time you get the car back from service to make sure the strategy code has not changed.  Can't really ask the dealer directly (correct?), so add it as a step in your process.

Now if the device itself needs an update, that is different, and the link ZSHO pointed to will let you download it to your PC.  You would then update the X4 using LiveLink.

If you like, you can upload a pic or two to show exactly what the X4 is saying/doing.

I bet it is the strategy code, bc my firmware on my device matches the numbers on sct's website.
So i'm crossing my fingers.
Thanks

Let us know how it turns out.  Software/computer things in the car world can be very archaic and annoying ...

So to update I finally got my tune back on.
It was the Strategy Code and SCT hadn't seen this one b/f so Torrie had to get SCT to add it to the database.
With that said it took a week or so for SCT to do this, but all is well again.
Thanks for the help guys!

If your strategy/catch code was GDM1|KHDL4TV there is an update and if you have it at ford and they do the update it will change to GDM2|KHDL5K5

There are only 3 changes that were made to the tune, however I do not know what exactly they mean. I had the tune added to my license in my PRP software.
