2014 SHO PP Cold start misfire and erratic idle

I'd move on.  Blast them on social media and call it a day.

And the GM doesn't own crap.  The dealer has the title to that SHO.  Never met any high up person at a dealer that paid for a car/insurance.

So I met with the gm and owner of the dealership and they gave me free lifetime oil changes, few tanks of gas(meh regular dealer gas lol) and are in talks with ford giving me an extended warranty. Glad it was settled. As far as the mechanics go. Idk.

Lol the old pay off routine. At least you get something out of it.

If they come through with the extended warranty, or the Ford maintenance plan, that'd be the only thing worth it, IMHO.  Wouldn't want to go back to that dealership if I didn't want to.

I am glad you finally took the right course and spoke with the G.M,make sure they give you the platinum plan(its the best one)ESP. speaking of platinum everytime i run into the GM you cant miss the guy with the 18k Rolex presidential series watch,guess his SHO is on his wrist,LOL.
