I'm no mechanic but I know enough to be dangerous and I we t to change b1s1 02 and it looks like the sway bar needs to be disconnected and rotated up to change it.

I took the splash shield off and then the right front wheel.

What's the procedure for doing the b1s1 02?

Get it through the front passenger side wheel well and you've got a clear shot at it.  Removing the wheel liner gives you a little more room, but you shouldn't have to do that.  Nothing needs to be disconnected or dropped.  Just get an o2 sensor socket on it and disconnect the harness from up above.

I was trying to do it with a 22mm open end wrench , but i guess ill fork out the money for the socket. The 3 other 02s are all easy as hell.

Don't even attempt to get an o2 sensor off with an open end wrench unless you're using a snap on flank drive plus wrench.  And even then, it's a gamble.  You'll just end up spreading the wrench and rounding the bolt.  Heat it up to if you have to and use an o2 sensor socket.  Either buy some or rent it for free from an autozone.  You'll have it off easy.

Lisle makes a pretty good 02 sensor socket in use with 3/8" square drive .Z
