Hello my name is Codey. I usually go by Code though. Anyways a little history about me. I used to own a 2004 Hyundai Tiburon GT (until a six pointer totaled it). I had it for nine years, and I pretty much did just about everything possible to it (except for boost). I had the engine built (except for the top end). I decided to go with forged 8:1 CR pistons, ACL performance bearings, ect. The whole suspension was pretty much aftermarket. I knew my way around that car and had access to a very good forum if I had any information I needed to look up. I met a lot of cool people through the car and learned a ton. My father isn't a car enthusiast. So I pretty much had to learn on my own. Now I feel like I am pretty much starting over with the SHO I purchased lol.
(Sorry for the horrible quality. Facebook kills quality)
So onto the SHO. Last month I picked up a 2010 Cinnamon Metallic Taurus SHO with 84,xxx miles on it. My other choices were either a 2006-2010 Lexus IS250/300 or a Volkswagon Golf GTI. I was originally looking for an Audi A4 but decided against it after reading some bad mechanical reviews. It was hit or miss on the GTI's as well. I tried to purchase four different IS250/300's all of them were sold before I could even view the cars. So I viewed that as a sign. The SHO pretty much had everything I was originally looking for; heated seats, awd, comfort, v6, and decent horsepower.
