Holy hell , I got an m5 and worried that it will be too much. Is yours brass color? I got the nickeled one which is the most corrosion resistant. Talking to AJP, he was happy that I don't have a progressive controller because its easier for him to tune. Set pressure will be 10 psi.
They only tune their own kit which is only progressiveStealBlueSho said:That's a Brad,LMS, or Torrie question...

How often will you be chilling in the 5-10 psi range? For the strip its WOT or not lol. I have been monitoring my way to and from work and I never hit close to 5 psi.
Ur doing it wrong!polskifacet said:Thats why only LMS is striked through

crossing my fingers for you Toph!! Was thinking about if I made a mistake selling the meth kit on way home tongiht, looking at 165* sitting at traffic light, only dropped to 135 moving... but then realised it is my DD and fast enough as is given I have not seen a dragstrip in 20yrs..TopherSho said:Car is in the speedshop... !!
I was referring to exactly that. Seeing my temps only drop 10-15* even if I get spunky and push the car makes me wonder if I should have kept the meth kit for when I want to play on hot days. Be nice to see it go from 157 to 107 rather than 157 to 144* when I leave a light hard and boost to around 8psi... But then when I thought about it more, in the end I just do not want to go thru the hassle of the install given the car runs well as is and does everything I need.polskifacet said:@lamrith In traffic it will never engage. When I though about the design of my system the key phrase was design it for "WOT or not WOT". My car is a daily too and it is awesome seeing IAT2 drop 50+ degrees.
I think I may be repeating myself but we don't have 50 psi of boost to deal with. I don't see the benefit of having a duty cycle between 5 and 10 psi when the ramp up on these turbos is blistering quick.
