Its a SD card inserted in the slot inside the armrest by the usb inputs,if your car did not come with navi,there is no way around it,for example its like a tuner there is one strategy code compatible with the ECU.

As we discussed on the phone, mine does not chirp well without the tune. If it chirps easily, that suggests the tune may still be in there. Did you follow up on my leads?

Ok so with the info you gave me TSS it's a performance shop and they closed at 6 so I'll call tomorrow during operating hours. As far as the other number, I called twice and didn't get a answer.  I'll try that number tomorrow a few more times as well.

Not that it's a bad thing. Usually they are taken care of. Maybe the diesel shop was making a meth kit for the car. Hard telling. Hopefully tomorrow you will get some answers.

Guys I might have hit the jackpot!  Called a few minutes ago to the shop..they indeed make tunes for just about any vehicle...The guy I need to speak with wasn't in yet so I'll call back and try to catch him. Apparently they buy brand new cars make tunes for them and then sell them.... so I was told they do go through a lot of cars and the guy said he believes they indeed had a 13 SHO

Called back and the guy I need to speak to won't be in.. The other guy I spoke to rushed me off the phone but told me he's pretty sure the has tune without the meth left on the car. Here's the funny part..He claims the SHO doesn't make power worth a crap with the meth so they removed it...but they didn't it's still in the car just most likely disconnected.

They also told me the car supposedly went to a shop in NC from there were the guy didn't keep it long.. rudy's diesel shop or something..so I'm give them a call next.
