Installing a boost gauge

Cowl itself is pretty easy to remove. A special wiper arm remover tool is recommended to remove the arms first. then there's just a couple clips around the perimeter.
I used goop e6000 for the boot
And this tool for the wiper arm

It looks like you might need to remove the wiper arms in order to gain access and there are also TWO CLIP'S holding down the cowl cover one on each end of the cowl located right above the strut tower inside the engine bay. Z

Thanks Z!

Well I guess it's not needed. But it was much easier than possibly cracking the edge of the windshield while prying it off....on my 2010 those mofo's were stuck on there good.
Any auto parts store sells them in the tool aisle for about $10 .

O.K. Ill pick one up when I go by the autoparts on the way home. have to get an add-a-circuit anyway.

Did it damage the paint on the wiper arm at all?

No. There are covers
over the nuts that need to be removed first. Then the pointed end of the tool pushes on the end of the threaded arm mount.
It pulls up from under the bottom edges of the arm assembly
