Random thoughts for the day

I had my E30 tune on when I passed my Pa inspection. Didnt even think about it. After I got the stickers. I was like. Oh yeah. LOL.

This past labor day I traded in my 2011 SHO in for a 2015 SHO and will be starting the modding process in a few months when I will have a bit saved for the costs. Was thinking when it comes to tuning devices, I am definitely liking the SCT Livewire because of the small screen and the interface of it, however with that said I was wondering if anyone on here has figured out a way to integrate into the existing touch screen display that comes in our SHOs from the factory?

What surprised me was it was a 2019 with 1,200 miles.  That is about as low a price as you can find for a brand new vehicle, without all the upgrades.

If any of you have Netflix, this show is on Friday the 20th.  It will have the famous Blue Turd in it.  Zach has put alot of money, long hours into the Blue Turd.  Glad he is getting some well deserved recognition.

This is going to be cool to watch

I have a 2015 SHO and today while sitting in traffic I noticed that on my steering wheel next to the cruise control buttons, that there is a button that says "GAP" haha. I like to think that we all could have a "Gaptizing" button on our steering wheels just hiding in plain sight and not even know it haha! Maybe there is a sequence we have to press it in order to initiate launch mode!

so i switched from my stock tune to the E30 tune a little while ago. I've filled up for gas 4 times now and my MPG's for each fill up were 21, 21.4, 22, and 21.6. I commute 55 miles a day for work and with the stock tune on 87 I was only able to get over 23 MPG once but was typically in the 22.x range. So really only 1 MPG less running E30 (mixing with E10 87) and slightly less cost at the pump. I think that is pretty good and the car is much more enjoyable to drive with that extra power available.

Just looked into shipping one splitter.  Quoted from $190 to $300 to ship essentially an empty box as it doesn't weigh much.  Getting raped on the dimensions.  I learned a private company with a FedEx account can get discounts as much as 85% off....probably why you can find the chin spoiler to include free shipping.  Yet for someone like me I am being asked to pay as much as $300?  FedEx gave me a local private company that has an account with them to try and get a cheaper rate...even though it goes through the same shipping company FedEx.......am I crazy or is this stupid?  Eye opener crap welcome to the shipping industry....
