Remote start

Can anyone recommend what seems the best remote starter to get for our cars?  Also, is there any special module or anything I need to buy in addition to the remote starter?

I need to get one installed before the snow starts!

Its from my understanding that all Ford 11-15 XSPORTS have the remote start feature but you will need to get it enabled at your local ford dealer through IDS software and also purchase a remote start key,Does it have a hood switch ?
