And I am still ready for E Sport prototyping when they are...

Danny has told me once the production SHO units arrive from Japan a set will be reserved for XSport  test fitting and he will  then need your XSport .
He believes the only changes needed for the XSport will be Spring Rate and dampening which can be done in house .

Updates as I find out more ...

Prototypes have arrived in from overseas and the car is finally being fitted with them.

The bad news is, I'm out of state for work and won't be able to enjoy the new coilovers until the 30th.

The good news is, Danny will have the car for 10 days to fine tune the suspension.

We're getting closer gents!!!

One last mod for her; the H&R creaking is annoying the living piss out of me!

Thanks for the update Mike ...
All of our hard work is coming into fruition slowly but surely ....Some things I do have patience for !

All positive thoughts being directed towards a successful fitment of these coilovers.  May they be available soon to all XSport fans :D

Well..... It appears these may take longer than anticipated. Ran into some fitment issues with the rears being too tall. As well as the front camber plate top nut hitting at full lock both ways.

Danny has been emitting some mixed signals lately, stating he is interested in continued development with these coilovers but at the same time being too busy with racing season. Almost like an "oh well, we tried" type attitude.

Not sure if they've even started development with the xsports. So, at this point, I can only hope for a return email, text or phone call.

Mike... I hope you're wrong... I'm in for a set... Looks like completely new prototypes will have to be built....

Would these prototypes fit a Flex then?

I'd be down to take them off your hands

The Flex and X-sports should all fit with that part # but we'll find out. Flex for sure, same part #.

Can you clarify if there is a product ready for sale for the 14 Xsport?

As per the update above from Shomanmike84, they're not ready yet for testing and it's race season so it might be awhile yet.

See, I'm back to the whole thing about them getting the rear done already with their previous design.

ALL they need to do is make some new adapter brackets for their standard coilover already created, and that's it.

The 09-12 design was good (for the Flex anyway), and 2013+ only needs some small changes to the front.  Waterjet a new curved base to mount and weld, weld a few different tabs in, and its the same otherwise.

Seems like they went back to the drawing board over something that should be a day tops at R&D..

Am I missing something?

Lanson , you are 100% correct .... something is not adding up .It doesn't make any sense at all .

Seems to me we are on the lower end of their priority list .

Danny has my email contact, I am local and have offered more than once to loan my '14 Ex Sport to them for as long as a week if they need.  I would certainly update if they had contacted me to begin that process.  I'm working with a vendor I have known for 20+ years that makes upgraded motor/transmission mounts, I think they would solve/tame the dreaded wheel hop the fast guys get at the track.  But it's the same kind of deal, that vendor is 'too busy' to make money :- Since they aren't offered by any other company, they would be the sole source vendor and I think he would sell 100 sets in a hurry...
