Looks like Bosch has one that should be available this coming year. Flows 50% more fuel. Geoff from FR posted a pic over on F150 forum. I'm ready, more than ready.

Wow! What fan-freak'n-tastic news!

How exciting!

Any link to the picture, or the thread, etc??

It's a truck pump, hopefully they're working on the SHO as well because they're different.

I would hope so.....

I could definitely use one myself as well as plenty of other SHO owners.

I may be inclined to start badgering them myself for inclusion in this upgrade.

You would think they'd include the SHO's in this, you guys mod just as much, if not more than us truck guys. That would also carry over to the Flex then wouldn't it?

I believe we could follow the example of the diesel world on a lot of things. Now a common rail direct injection pickups such as a Cummins  actually run 28,000 psi. Early on a basic injector mod was to have them extruded honed or just replace the nozzles. Then company's like industrial injection began rebuilding Bosch cp3 pumps to flow more fuel and a bit more pressure to stop hpr psi from dropping to low. Then came the addition of a second hpfp. It seems we are all goin through the same growing pains.

I found a company that was warming over Audi's hpfp. So they may be the direction we could go. I forgot there website though.

This seems to be a problem that is comin to a head as more and more high performance motors are goin to direct injection.  The best thing for us is that GM went with DI in the new LT1 motor in the corvette. So soon every performance company will take this problem seriously.

It'll be interesting to see how this all play out, I'm saving my pennies for this thats for sure and if it pans out like I hope it does, I'll be upgrading my turbos again.

SCAP that's Straw - He has Mat's turbos and the Walbro 450 fuel pump upgrade.
I changed his usernames so it's the same as F150 forums for the F150 guys.

Thought it was him...he's the only truck I know of with larger snails.
I can't see signatures on tapatalk, sorry about that.

Yeah, it's me Red was what I used when I was on the Ram and Ducati forums.  I've talked with Mat about his stage 2 turbos and will also be looking at the ATP when the time comes.

Rock on!
When I went to Mat's house a few months back, he was stoked about bigger turbos and more fuel...I can't wait.

The fuel pump looks exactly like the one on my car.

Looks to be the same as on mine as well.....

I wonder what kind of cost(s) are involved with something like this?

I'm clueless on the potential expenses involved, but would like to have a "range" if you will.

It'd be nice to start placing some coin to the side as need be.....
