What have you done to your Ecoboosted vehicle today?

Ordered up a set of the MSD upgraded COP's in Ford Blue today. Direct from MSD @ $259.95 w/free shipping.

Mfg'er states currently on backorder on/in this color, but a ship date in June. So not to terrible of a wait.

Next up, the upgraded 1700cc larger fuel injectors from DeatschWerks. $950 direct from Mfg'er. Not too shabby either. Gotta see how much O.T. is on this check.

Now that the massive audio upgrade has been paid off in its' entirety, I'm feeling a lil bit frisky.

Oh still fun times left to be had in my SHO!

More to come......

So, so very true.

Speaking from experience, but you will NOT be disappointed. Only issue I see is that you are already pushing the most the trans/ptu/rdu can take... you already have a tune just for the dyno at this point cause you were told they couldn't say it wouldn't leave pieces of your drivetrain all over the track... not sure what the HPFP will buy you?

Thinking full E85 setup? I know Rich is working on that too... but he has yet to install the injectors and the LPFP isn't holding up....

It wouldn't be any fun of me to reveal everything all at once now.

Tsk tsk tsk ***wags the pointer finger playfully***

You good sir suck! Even though I am highly disappointed in your lack of information, I am still excited to see what you have planned...

Well my anniversary of my hire date is 08/13.

As such, I get my bonus, longevity, and uniform allowance check(s) at that time (play money so to speak).

So I am essentially just purchasing various parts for the time being, with the intent of install to occur sometime in August.

Then another trip out to LMS for (yet more) custom dyno tune session(s).

All in due time my friend.

I anticipate purchasing LMS's (lower of the two) HPFP's, as I am running a dual nozzle, 15lb each side injector of methanol. No real need to purchase the highest one. I have never been a fan of the E85, and have no desire to (ever) run it in my SHO.

Also will purchase two new, higher capacity, aftermarket LPFP's too.

I mean I am resigned to the trans breaking at some point, but before I cross that bridge, these aforementioned purchases (& anticipated purchases) are essentially a must anyhow.

So like any good puzzle, all the necessary pieces must be in place.

I have been liking your "safety net" mantra, and am combining those concepts, along with my own, for the ultimate SHO therein.

No question this is exciting.  Really gonna put that built block to the test.  Good luck, hope a new frontier is established successfully!

I highly doubt LMS has your tunes to rely on the meth... nothing I have seen from them would suggest them risking it.

But I am super pleased with the additional safety I have with the HPFP and the support LMS has provided.

Curious what “upgraded” lpfp you are referring too.... I have a spare bucket and pump you can have if you need one for fittament purposes...

I'm wondering if this is another BDP secret squirrel project. I think in the mist of his excitment, threw a few breadcrumbs out there for us.

You, my friend..... have rather excellent intuitive Spidey senses!

Most impressive indeed! :thumb:

Breadcrumbs are good. Tiny morsels to snack upon until the full course is served.

I think my reputation of "go big, or go home" precedes itself.

I have ALWAYS been very specific, and very well thought out with my mods on this project. So far so good, and I am stoked to have the financial aspects of the massive audio build behind me.

Moving along to bigger and better things.

In all honesty... while I like the fact Mike is starting to push the platform again... I’m really hoping that the while he progresses the SHO he ALSO progresses to Topless models with the SHO! We have a calendar for the Gen 1/2’s of similar regards... maybe a gen4 counter part is in order?!?!

That is being worked on as well. LOL.

My photog pal Jeff is reaching out to his model clientele on that very same subject matter.

@avid......

Oh dear God. Between you and Brian.

We are a goofy bunch.

@SBS.....

I'm always in trouble. But that offer may, I stress only MAY lessen her anger.

Or maybe redirect it elsewhere. LOL.

Unless of course you hire Chris Helmsworth or w/e tf his real name is (Thor) to be the masseuse. Bwahaha.

She'd forget all about it.

I literally laughed out loud at "tiny morsels to snack upon until the full course is served".

I echo the sentiment of others here; grateful to see you still tinkering and pushing this platform forward.

I have question pertaining to your build as it relates to the meth system.

A calibrator for Lms [won't say his name, not Dan.lol] claims that due to higher boost from my newly installed billet compressor wheels, that I will have to upgrade to direct port methanol injection due to our intake manifold design. [Right bank receives majority of meth due to bend] before they can Dyno tune it. He claims that the added boost will force much more meth to the right bank.
I inquired about direct port methanol injection, while retaining my current alky pump. He claims my Alky pump doesn't have enough flow for the direct port setup, and that I will need the direct port kit installation in it's entirety.
This all smells a quite a bit "off" to say the least; on many points. I'm only attempting to achieve 450awhp/480awtq.

Are you running dual Alky pumps with your dual nozzle setup?

Hmmmm interesting.  Mike and I both run the same Alky Controls setup.  Only difference in ours is he has dual meth spray nozzles and I have one.    As for the pumps, I'm pretty sure they are all the same.  Could be wrong.  I agree the Direct Port has better delivery to each cylinder.  When I changed my plugs in late March, they all looked the same.  I still run the single nozzle meth injection.  Im still holding out for final verdict on the Direct Port yet.
