What have you done to your Ecoboosted vehicle today?

Debadged the MKS today. No more Lincoln badge, MKS badge and I removed the Ecoboost badge too. I may replace that with the Ecobeast badge if they are available. I also gave a wax combo a try, clay baring the truck lid to clean off all the glue and gunk. Used a little 3M perfect it to clean up what the clay bar didn't get. Then I used some Mothers California Gold Carnauba cleaner wax and then the same in a pure Carnauba wax over the top. I'll see how I like it after a few washes and then do the rest of the car.
Scott pics are a must in these parts of town.lol.  Z

Get your ecobeast badges soon, Ford copyrighted it.

What does that mean?
It means the folks making these badges will be getting a cease and desist letter from Ford soon.

Shame on a judge or anyone that would sign that letter......last i checked, beast and boost were spelled differently and meant different things

I get what you're saying but had the guys that were making the badges applied for the trademark, there would be no issue or Ford would be writing them a check for the rights. You snooze, you lose....

Not feasible for snall businesses to keep getting trademarks for everything.  Their burden is to keep on adapting.

With all the talk of the ecobeast badges going away I decided to get some off eBay. Turned out pretty good. These are designed to lay on top  the original ecoboost badge.
Once I wash the SHO down I'll put them on.

What happened to the billet and painted versions? I will spend $50 on a good billet one but I don't want to waste my cash on something that is not quality and won't last. I know someone on here was making them.

Bought a ten foot piece of 1" heater hose from Lowes a couple weeks ago, it fits inside of the OE hose coming from the BOV. The idea was to route the VTA to an area where is was not muffled by the hood and engine cover. Yes yes, ricey ricey LOL Its the only way I can get someone to go at a light, otherwise they think I'm an f'in geriatric riding my brakes in a Lincoln, not brake boosting LOL. Anyways I finally routed the front BOV down to the ground in front of the drivers front wheel. It was about 2.5 feet of hose and it seems louder compared to no hose with the windows down. Not sure if I want to screw with the rear one yet other than pulling and capping it like I have, lots of moving parts where I would need to run that hose and I don't want to make it too difficult on myself if I need to return to stock for a dealer visit.

Any ideas on a homebrew horn or some device to "enhance" the sound? I was looking to fab something out of PVC for the end of the hose extensions. Maybe a 4" piece of PVC pipe with a bunch of holes drilled in it and capped. Enough holes that it has the same area to escape as the open hose but would cause the air to have to move over the opening and increase the sound. Oh yeah, that and more boost! ;)

I would like to see/hear the sound of this as a comparison to the under the hood BoV
