What could be the reason for my fuel system to be far more deficient then most?

Long story short one of my friends with a 07 Lexus is350 wanted to know how much of a difference the tune made on my car since our cars stock should be pretty close. We raced from 15mph to 120 and i hardly won, we were even up to 80 or so before I started pulling slowly and had about 2-3 cars by 120. This did not make sense to me so I asked Torrie and he told me whats in the  thread name. My car feels more powerful so I am not sure whats going on. Could it be that the gas I am using is bad? I use 92 octane with ethanol at a brand new gas station that everyone goes to so I know the gas shouldnt be bad since it seems like the get new gas very often. Also he said that my car takes less boost then most. Does this car have a fuel filter that could be needing a replacement? Would using 93 octane free of ethanol help? I feel helplessbsince my car seems to be fine.

They're no slouch. They're actually pretty slick cars. Stock to stock, I'd think you might get a nice jump on him from a dig. But if you're racing from a roll, he'd have an edge.

However, if youre tuned, I'd certainly think he'd be less competitive. Sounds like you beat him. Were you just expecting the toon to allow you to blow his doors off?

Also...did he get the hit? Taking off just slightly ahead of the other doesn't seem like much, but is hard to overcome.

Yes i was expecting to blow his doors off since my car should be over 400bhp. Maybe thats the problem I was expecting too much.

We tried it few times. First time he got a half car jump and i passed him by 90 or so. The other two times it was even start but his car would always respond better then mine from the hit and he would pull about half a car until my turbos started pulling. at that point i would pull back in first and second to about even and then in third we would be even until the top of 3rd where id start pulling on him. The problem is we were both expecting for me to just blow his doors off lol. His car is the performance version that has the stock upgraded exhaust system, not even sure how that works. I emailed Thorrie after just to see and he thinks its all he can do with the 92 octane tune. I will start filling up 93 with 0 ethanol and send logs to try and get more powaaaaa lol. The thing that concerns me is what he said about my fuel delivery issue where its not in the normal range for the sho. I just feel depressed now not knowing if something is wrong with my car lol. It idles and drives great i dont know anymore.

x2 on datalog.  Assuming you have gone through the checklist (spark plug gap, no oil in intake, turbo piping clamped tight, checked for codes, etc.), could be the FRP is not meeting the level commanded by the PCM.  Don't know what else Torrie would be referring to.  I would run a quality fuel injector cleaner (BG/Techron) through the tank to see if it helps any.

That all looks good as of few days before yesterday. Only one thing I noticed is that there is a bit more antifreeze in the tank that what it should be, it goes over the line by about 2 inches. BUt that shouldn't make a difference I would think.

Yeah, post the log. He's either seeing dips in your fuel rear pressure or a high knock signal.

A log will help.

How do I post the log on here? I have a copy of it in the emails I sent to torrie.

How big is it?  If under 2 MB, you could attach it directly.  What is the file extension?  CSV or XLS or ...

You are correct. This is the latest datalog. Please let me know what you guys see as I have no idea what any of it means. Thanks.
