I got my SHO back on the road.  New trans with a warranty. Good stuff.
I would say minimum 1000 mile break in period. Enjoy.  Z

I tend to agree, even though it has a warranty...I am still very gun shy.

After that ordeal I would be too!

Give me some time, I will be back to thrashing the piss out of it lol.  Up next is AJP wastegate mod, Intercooler, and Non Catted DP's with a Magnaflow Resonator with 3rd cat removal. Hopefully that will put me into the 11's at full weight.

Haha "thrashing the piss out of it" I love it!  The ol girl likes being treated that way the best overall...shes just taking it easy after surgery like she should.  Cool man I look forward to hearing your results!

Yeah, I am working towards a 13 to 15 Focus ST that will be my daily beater.  I tend to beat on the SHO less when I have another vehicle to beat on. Love me a 4 banger turbo manual trans car..lol. Plus they are cheaper to fix then the SHO lol.

That focus ST is another nice choice.  I don't daily my SHO but I think I beat it just as much, just drive it less lol!

I keep leaning back on the ST.  I like the look, I like the performance, and the gas milage is right on par with my daily beater now. Winning all around I think.

A rebuilt one will run you half the price for future reference.

I think since I'm not driving mine that I will send Julio the pump I have now for a rebuild.  Save some $$$

I ordered a couple of Water Reservoir Grommet based on bpd1151 intuitive thread because Ford dealers do not stock them and a must have for anyone with a METH SETUP and simply for backup purposes.  Z

I did end up ordering from www.fordpartsgiant.com which the link can be found below!  :)

Always good to have a few of those on hand for sure.

A backup / second pump in reserve is also a great idea.

Having both of the above just means significantly less down time when it comes time to requiring swapping of them.

Finished hiding the wires to my new Livewire TS in the car and mounted it up in the top left of the windshield. Now just need some updated tunes and back on the road! My BDX was in worse shape. Kept dying on me if you messed with the cord. Made retuning pretty stressful. Even bought a new cord for it. Guess it just went haywire on me.

some wires are constructed better than others.  hence can cause or pickup interference.

Yeah, it started to become a pain in my butt so decided just better off upgrading. Like going from a Nokia phone to a smartphone with the Livewire LOL
