To quote you......

^YIKES!"

Still glad I don't do FB. The downfall of society right there. Amongst a few other things. To which I digress.

I knew I had a little turbo problem. Didn’t know the shaft snapped.

There is a screen on the oil feed line I THINK... not that it will help at this point but some have had it clog up causing oil not to get to the turbo... might be worth checking for root cause.

I already rebuilt the front turbo and changed the filter. They gave me 2 filters - and charged me for them - so I guess I needed it anyways.
The front is still leaking at the feed so I’ll probably get a new line also

I just changed it after rebuilding the front, but now I’m going to drop the oil pan and see what metal goodness is in there

fixed my split front turbo pipe with a 1.75x1.875” coupler. fits like a dream. after i realized the oem pipe was split i broke off the rest of the retaining collar that holds the stock coupler on and replaced with an aftermarket one and clamped it on. much cheaper than replacing the whole pipe

Found a reputable wrapper nearby to make chrome go away; took some sunset photos on the way home. These photos here show what a dynamic color bronze fire can be in different angles and light levels. All photos shot on my iPhone X.

He did an excellent job and I cannot find a flaw on it... All in for the grill surround, lower grill insert, trunk strip, and both sides of the vehicle, he charged $260.

Very dynamic setting for a beautifully finished car.

Thanks. I have driving by this abandoned lot location every week and pinned it as an ideal place to shoot... did not expect the sunset to cause that effect on the photos though.

TBH I am biased anyway.  Sunset Orange Metallic, Ginger Spice, and Bronzefire are probably my top 3 color choices for recent model year Ford vehicles.  They put out a LOT of great colors tho ...  Enjoyed these pics immensely.

Sunset is a really neat color, too. I believe they offered that on Taurus SEL and Limited, but not on SHO. Guard is one of my favorites on SHO as well. The light grey/green hue really shows the lines off nicely.

Also really appreciate that. Here are three more for your viewing pleasure. Glad my impromptu photoshoot was a success. More to come when my brakes and springs go on the vehicle in the next few weeks.

Awesome Stuff. I was gonna paint but I think I will pay to have that stuff wrapped.
