I will only buy one if I can find exactly what I want. I did find it yesterday showed it to my wife. She said “go buy it if you want but I’d find one with less miles on it.”

Got some warranty work done @ 80k miles

1) seals replaced in leaking PTU
2) shifter replaced to fix “shift to park” message
3) both front struts replaced. Had an intermittent clunk on what sounded like right side. They said both struts were blown.
4) recall work to replace rear toe links

Good to go for another 5k!

I ditched the factory tune and back to running the E30 tune. wow, I forgot how much different the car is with the tune. I'm curious to see the mpg difference running the E30 daily vs 87 on the stock tune. was getting 22ish

I am going to pick it up tomorrow. Put it on the credit card so I can get my 3% back, but just got this dang credit card and it only has a $500 limit on it so I paid off the $200 on it off just so I can get this to pay it off again. All in the name of $10 savings LOL.

e30 is fun and the best bang for the buck. now for MPG the stock tune will get you better MPG. by a 4 ish. but at all cost I would take the E30 all day long. and easy to change tunes in the winter.

mine is reproducible at will.

drop to manual mode go into 2nd gear.  drive at 3200 rpm .. in 30 seconds i feel it misfiring and the cel pops.  stop the car,  cel stops after the cylinder dries out in like 15 seconds.

im 99% sure it is the plug gap.. the frustrating thing is BEFORE the remanned block these plugs were fine. So i think the issue is the injectors somehow have a different spray pattern or flow and wet the plug in one cylinder.

have you tried techron or amsoil PI or anything similar, it wont fix a borked injector but can change the spray pattern if theres something blocking it

I'll try 2nd gear at 3200rpm tomorrow morning and see what happens.
in before same issue lol, also your reman didn't come with new plugs?

super curious.. did you get chance  to run the car in manual mode in 2nd gear at 3200 rpm ?

Tires headers and a decent driver I strongly doubt it’s even close. Car should trap 115mph. 2013 5.0 traps 110mph all day stock. Also a call to hellion, Kenny Bell or vortech and I’m a safe 10 second car all day.  I’d like to go 15 and up but money is an object. Plus 2013/14 is a solid rear end still. I’ll launch that girl like I hate it on slicks. I’m just kicking around ideas at the moment. I’m currently in shock she said yes to another sho lol.

If it’s a fun car I want it to be fun to drive. I loved my sho but honestly driving the edge doesn’t feel to much different.
