Non-pp 13 sho with tune only 12.9's. A lot a variables...
MAGFLOW x-pipe @ AutoAnything in 2.25" or 2.5" for $60DJE624 said:I just drove my tank down to a few miles left filled it with 93 and ran it about 25 miles to get a gallon through it. Leave it to a dealer to put 87 in a SHO. The third cat delete will remove a small portion of the exhaust resistance. It is beyond the O2 sensors so you won't be throwing any codes by doing it. You can cut it out and just weld a couple of pieces of 2.25 pipe in there. Or, you may be able to find an X pipe to fit in. Under the car, it's the first unit after the down pipes. The second is the resonator. Some guys have pulled that too.
I think you would have better results searching from the Home Page if you haven't tried that.
Can't wait to see the pictures!

AE1 RETIRED 2002. BT BoilerTech? I had a very good friend who was a black shoe that meet TAD as MA's.(You know us airdels and blackshoe don't got along some time!!LOL)navbtcret said:Thanks everyone and yes I have used the search engine on the home page.
Showman I see a US Navy tag on your car, you in the service or were you. I am a retired BTC, retired in 1998.
Ok so that takes care of the 3rd cat delete mod, I think I'll just wait on that until I do the whole exhaust at one time.
How about turbo size does anyone know what size mm wise these are, I know they are small.
Sounds like someone who has a non-PP.Darkside said:All this talk about comparing times is crazy, way too many variables. Everyones car will run several tenths different depending on track/weather conditions.
You are right Darkside But that was said at the begaining. It's just fun talking about the differents.Darkside said:All this talk about comparing times is crazy, way too many variables. Everyones car will run several tenths different depending on track/weather conditions.

I don't recall in any of my days in and around cars that people paid to upgrade to a taller gearing for a performance benefit.68_GT said:Darkside said:All this talk about comparing times is crazy, way too many variables. yeah but still apples to apples wouldn't the car with the lower gear still have at least some degree of acceleration advantage ?![]()

do you have a better pic of your dyno sheet complete ?
what rpm is the power falling off at ? about 5k rpms ? that's what I'm hoping the XV1 tune will fix for us as Ford programed the boost to bleed off.
you have a lot of great videos ! thanks I enjoyed them![]()
Unless your avatar picture was a one time event, you should know this. My cars times will vary greatly from track to track. I spent one summer racing my old TBSS at different tracks with the same mods, only changing the DA. It ran anywhere from 12.85 to 13.25 with no changes. Whenever someone thinks they have a factory freak, I tend to believe they ran in great conditions.SRT82ECOBOOST said:Sounds like someone who has a non-PP.Darkside said:All this talk about comparing times is crazy, way too many variables.
