What have you done to your Ecoboosted vehicle today?

Welp Midnight madness got cancelled due to rain. Fudge

That sucks! I drove two hours once to a track just to have them close up when I got to gates due to wind.

Still have an opportunity to get in some last runs on 11/2. I didn't leave yet or anything to get to the strip 2 hours away so I have just been sitting at home so no real loss other than having to work tomorrow instead of today! Ha..

That's disappointing for sure.  I want to see what else you can do too and with your new tune!

I'm going to Test and Tune this Sunday.  About 44 degrees and I just realigned her, front toe off pulling to the right.  All good now nice and straight.  I think I've overlooked alignment and its effects.  I got accepted to Dragtimes for my 12.06.  Although I didn't list my car type.  It said Ford Taurus.  I edited it and I see I cant see it anymore.  Time to approve my edit I assune.

Interesting was looking at all the 11 sec SHO's 2010+.  Every single one on 100+ octane + or - meth/nitrous.  If I can squeeze out an extra .07 that will be an 11 on 93 +meth.  Well, fingers crossed!

I guess with much prep and sage wisdom from LMS Dan Millen will be heading to the track with Manu this month and hopefully with mother nature on my back in my quest to break into the elusive 11's barrier! Fingers crossed. Z

Would that make you the first LMS car to hit 11’s in stock snails?

IDK! But I'll take it. Z  ;)

Put a V8 in my SHO today.  There is just no replacement for displacement.  It's a project I have been thinking about for a few months and found a deal I could not pass up, so i jumped on it.

I was worried about fitting it at 1st, but these boats got plenty of room, so it dropped right in with room to spare.

If you have all the Right Tools, Lots of Patients, AND the Proper Extensions, Almost Easy....!

2011 SHO: Got both turbos out of the Car on Sunday. FINALLY,
I was able to remove Rear Turbo without F ing with the Sub Frame or Axle,
I was also able to get the Oil Feed Line off at the Turbo, by removing the Turbo & Rotating it,
to get at the Oil Feed Line @ the Turbo. Tye Wrapped it And removed the Feed line At the Turbo.

Then was able to Rotate the Turbo Out without Removing anything Else...Yaaaa

Wow you can really see how small the turbos are.
Makes sense for really using a turbo per 1.75 literes and 3 cylinders.

can they cram any more parts in there?  LOL.

Z, how about some love for Redline D6?  LOL.  After CCD of course.

Juuuuuust when I had become content and have SHO where I want it, made the decision to not tweak it or push it any farther and start planning and researching my mustang project as the pushed to the limit fun project car...
Some filthy no good jackwagon has to go and post poll on a local FB group that he is looking at bringing in E85 to his gas station GRRRRRRRRRR.  I never considered E20/30tunes as there was just no source for the E85, now this.

I just gotta stay strong and keep telling myself, the car is already faster than I need for a DD, leave it alone it is your DD, take the stang to the ragged edge...  Yeah that's my story and I am sticking to it!
